Can I delete my game account?

You can proceed with account deletion by following the steps below:
-Go to [Settings] > [Account] in the game
-Tap “Delete Account”
-In the pop-up window, enter your exact nickname in the blank field
*Please note that the input is case-sensitive, so you must enter it using the exact combination of uppercase and lowercase letters.
-Tap “Delete Account” to proceed



*Please note that the Delete Account button will only become active if the nickname is entered exactly as displayed. If you no longer wish to proceed with account deletion, please tap Cancel.



If you are using a DevPlay account, deleting your DevPlay account will permanently delete the data of all games linked to that DevPlay account, not just CookieRun: OvenSmash.

Once the account deletion is completed, all associated data will be permanently removed immediately, and any purchase history on the account will not be eligible for refunds.
 

Please note that deleted accounts cannot be restored under any circumstances. We strongly recommend considering your decision carefully before proceeding with account deletion.
